The following are some of the calls of interest the Delta police responded to in the South Delta area between Wednesday, Nov. 16 and Sunday, Nov. 20:

TSAWWASSEN

. November 16, 5: 59 p.m., 4900-block of Dogwood Drive: An unknown suspect entered a residence through a second storey window accessed from the sundeck. The suspect bent the window clasp and slid the window open, stealing a laptop computer and various coins. Still under investigation

. November 18, 9: 53 a.m., 200-block of 52nd Street: Complainant reported that both of his unsecured vehicles were broken into sometime overnight. No damage, but theft of $10 in loose change.

. November 18, 7: 14 p.m., 5400-block of 4A Avenue: Resident reported sometime between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. the residence was broken into, possibly through an unlocked front door. Stolen items included a Nintendo Wii, Apple computer, Acer laptop, Toshiba laptop, jewelry and a large wheeled suitcase.

Neighbours reported seeing nothing. Still under investigation.

. November 19, 5: 26 p.m., 4700-block of Wesley Drive: Complainant reported home alarm going off at 4: 25 a.m. Later marks were discovered on a front basement window along with footprints leading to the window and a broken screen on rear basement window. Still under investigation.

. November 20, 10: 44 p.m., 1200-block of 56th Street: While a clerk was reporting the theft of a bottle of wine from the store, the suspect walked by. A young male was arrested and transported to hospital as he exhibited signs of substantial drug impairment/hallucination. The youth's guardian attended hospital upon notification.

LADNER

. November 16, 12: 45 p.m., 5100-block of Ladner Trunk Road: Complainant reported his locked black Giant SEEK1 bicycle had been stolen. Bike is a 27speed with disc brakes, gloss black metal fenders and one saddlebag.

. November 19, 11: 36 p.m., 5000-block of 44th Avenue: Complainant reported that three unknown males wearing hoodies, jeans and ball caps had thrown an egg at a house, jumped on a bumper of a car and threw another egg at either someone or a vehicle. Area search proved negative.

. November 20, 1: 57 a.m., 5100-block of Ladner Trunk Road: Responding to an alarm, officers discovered the glass front door had been smashed with a piece of concrete. An empty cash register, valued at $300, was stolen. No video surveillance.

. November 20, 2: 47 a.m., Admiral Boulevard and River Road: An accident revealed the driver emitted an odor of liquor. An ASD was performed and the driver failed. A second test also was a fail. A 30-day impound was issued as well as a 90-day driving prohibition.

. November 20, 8: 39 p.m., 5200-block of Ladner Trunk Road: Complainants reported the items they purchased and left at the front while they went back to retrieve their forgotten drinks, were gone when they went to pick them up. Still under investigation.

. November 20, 6: 21 p.m., Ladner Trunk Road and Arthur Drive: A vehicle driving erratically was stopped and an ASD was issued to the driver. Upon a fail reading, the subject was issued a 90-day driving prohibition and a 30-day vehicle impound.
