Motorists were advised to avoid the southbound lanes on Highway 99, just south of the Massey Tunnel, after a truck rolled over and spilled its load on Thursday afternoon. The lanes have since been cleared.
A tweet from DriveBC earlier in the day warned that the southbound right and centre lanes were blocked at the Highway 17A overpass.
The southbound onramp from Highway 17A, to go to Highway 99 southbound, was also closed.
Crews were on the scene but drivers were told to expect major delays.
