Delta police chief will be on hot seat at roast/toast
The Delta Police Foundation is planning on sending Chief Jim Cessford into retirement in style with a toast/roast next month. After 20 years heading the Delta Police Department, and 27 years with the Edmonton Police Department, Cessford is retiring.
