On a crisp day in Chilliwack, the Threat controlled much of the territorial play throughout the 90 minutes of regulation time but the match remained scoreless.

In extra time, conditioning and grit proved to be the difference as Stephanie Cooper, Marnie-Lynne Schnider and Savanna Phillips netted goals to cement a 3-0 victory.

Fine back line play and solid goaltending from Katie Cole-McGilligan ensured the shutout.

It was a well deserved ending to a fantastic season. The girls worked hard three days a week for months and coach Raj Uppal was rewarded with the ultimate prize for all of his dedication to the team.
