The Ladner Business Association (LBA) is a community-minded organization that delivers benefits to its members in a variety of ways, including the promotion of each other’s businesses, advocating on behalf of the business community, hosting networking events and workshops, and giving back to the community.

The LBA’s membership includes small, medium and large businesses, service organizations, not-for-profit organizations and representatives from all levels of government. Anyone whose business serves Ladner, regardless of your address or location, is welcome to join.

For more information about how to join the Ladner Business Association, visit Ladnerbusiness.com.

New LBA additions to Ladner Village include: Buro 47, Camille's Gallery, Collaborative Wellness and Beyond Inc.

Camille Turner may be new to the retail sector, but is not new to Ladner. A resident of 22 years, she and her husband David have raised their two children here and have most recently become grandparents.

“I spent the better part of 38 years working downtown Vancouver in the financial district,” said Turner. “I opened Camille’s Boutique and Gallery on Dec. 1, 2018. I have provided a platform for local artists to display their work. Wearable art is the theme of all my clothing and I’m always searching for unique items to offer.

“I love Ladner and am so excited to add a new destination on Delta Street.”

LBA membership is not just reserved to Ladner Village. Member businesses outside of the Ladner shopping districts include: Gravity Estate Solutions, Kemp Construction, Kirsten Laufer Photography, Budget Blinds, Delta Closets, Robertson Optical, Linda Jones Studio, Wesgrove Homes, Vicki Fenn 360 and Mr. Moms World Catering.

Members say being involved in the LBA is being involved with the community.

“I love Ladner’s supportive community spirit,” notes Radina Droumeva, while Mandip Gill says, “Ladner is a great community because of its amazing people.”
