Liquefied natural gas will be the focus of a Delta Chamber of Commerce luncheon meeting in September.
FortisBC will be on-hand for a live, hands-on LNG demonstration, followed by panel discussion, according to the chamber.
Panelists include Bryan Cox from the BC LNG Alliance CEO, FortisBC’s Doug Stout and Delta Coun. Dan Copeland.
They will “discuss the important issues facing the LNG industry today, from jobs, to environment and economy,” according to the chamber.
The luncheon is set for Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Beach Grove Golf Club.
The cost is $50 for chamber members and $75 for a “future member.” Register online at deltachamber.ca.
