Career education night Tuesday at DSS

Delta school district is hosting a free career education night Tuesday evening at Delta Secondary.

The school district’smission is to enable all learners to succeed and contribute their full potential to the future. This includes supporting learners in finding a career that makes them happy, aligns with their values and uses their unique skills and talents.

Tuesday’s free career event will help students learn more about various career options open to them.

The evening is open to students in grade 8 to 12 and their parents/guardians. Starting at 7 p.m. at DSS, careers featured include marketing manager, make-up artist, advertising executive, construction worker, firefighter and others.
