Chopped Leaf donates to hungry hospital staff

The Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation is recognizing another local business for its support during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Thank you to Svetlana from Chopped Leaf Ladner and Tsawwassen for donating wraps to Delta Hospital staff today,” said the Foundation on its Facebook page. “We love how so many of you have stepped up for our hospital staff.

“This delivery was coordinated with Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation to ensure safety and #socialdistancing for all parties involved.”

The Foundation is coordinating all in-kind donation offers. If you want to donate in-kind items to Delta Hospital and their staff such as (individually wrapped) meals, please email info@dhfoundation.ca or call ‪604-940-9695and they will coordinate.

The Foundation asks that items are not brought directly to Delta Hospital.

“We are trying to limit the number of non-essential people on site to minimize traffic and adhere to social distancing efforts,” added the Foundation.
