Delta residents are sharing positive messages with chalk art on local sidewalks during the coronavirus pandemic. The Optimist received a few submissions of photos showcasing art around town and then put a call out on Facebook for more chalk art pics.

The Optimist received a few submissions of photos showcasing art around town and then put a call out on Facebook for more chalk art pics.

Reader Mary Nielsen was out in the sunshine walking down Maple Crescent on the weekend when she spotted a "lovely display of chalk designs" and "bright colours and words of inspiration someone took time to create."
