Ladner manhunt fails to turn up suspect

Police investigation continues after a manhunt in a Ladner neighbourhood Saturday morning.

According to Delta police, a man was reported to be at a residence in Ladner on Saturday morning, contrary to his conditions.

“The man fled on bike prior to police arrival,” said DPD public affairs coordinator Cris Leykauf in an email to the Optimist. “Police were searching for him, and a police dog was deployed, but the police were not able to locate the suspect.”
