Now there’s something you don’t see every day – a pig out and about at a local park.
“Did not expect to see this yesterday at Diefenbaker!!! An off leash pig!!! Super curious how this occurred,” remarked Facebook user Eva Nerelius in a post to the Tsawwassen LOOP Facebook group Sunday.
Judging from the post's comments, the pig, named Hamlet, is a locally-owned pet.
“We ran into Hamlet too! Such a sweet boy, he’s just a really funny looking dog,” commented Sarah Campbell, who also posted a photo of the pig getting a pat on the head.
