The Tim Hortons next to the Otter Co-Op gas station on Ladner Trunk Road at 64th Street is set to open Friday.
In a post on the Ladner’s Landing Facebook group today, franchisee Frank Cooke announced the restaurant would open for business at 8 a.m.
Efforts to build the East Ladner restaurant began 2014, however the proximity of the drive-thru to nearby homes and the hours of operation were sticking points for council, which rejected an initial proposal.
