Delta emergency responders had to deal with a pair of accidents around the same time at the corner of 64th Avenue and Scott Road this morning.
Just after 9 a.m., an elderly driver went into the 7-Eleven at the Petro-Canada gas station.
Although the gas station was closed for maintenance, the convenience store was open.
Nobody appeared hurt including the elderly couple in the vehicle.
Meanwhile, a half-block away, at the entrance to the Safeway, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision which occurred a little earlier.
The airbag in one of the vehicles was deployed.
