'Smoky suite' call in Ladner Friday morning

Police, fire and paramedics were called to an apartment building in Ladner Village Friday morning to respond to what was termed a “smoky suite.”

An officer on the scene said there was no fire but there was a medical issue with a tenant in the building at the corner of 47A Avenue and Delta Street.

47A Avenue has been reduced to one lane of traffic while first responders deal with the situation.
