Self-isolating during the coronavirus pandemic?
South Delta children’s author Ashley Spires has taken to YouTube to help kids get through these difficult times.
She debuted her first episode of the Asthma Cats Book Club today.
In the YouTube video she reads her book The Thing Lou Couldn't Do with the help of her cats turned comic characters, Scott and Tess, aka The Asthma Cats.
“My first episode of The Asthma Cats Book Club! Parents and teachers, I’m hoping to post one a week for you to use during this time of self-isolation,” Spires wrote in a post on Facebook.
Spires has won numerous awards for her work.
