Violent offender plans to live in Metro Vancouver

BC Corrections is warning the public on the day of Bryan Kelly’s release from custody.

BC Corrections is warning the public about a violent offender who was released from custody Tuesday and plans to reside in Metro Vancouver.

Bryan Kelly, 27, has not yet decided which community he’ll live in, so officials want people all over Metro Vancouver to be aware of his presence. Kelly’s criminal history includes assaults, robberies, possessing a weapon and a drug offence. 

He’s described as white, 5-8 and about 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He’s not allowed to be outside of his residence between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. and is never allowed be in a bar or liquor store.
