Don't forget the tax on big ticket items when marking HST ballot

All of the above used to be taxed at five per cent under the old system. The new HST requires 12 per cent. That amounts to a massive tax increase of thousands of dollars. Even if they actually do reduce the HST to 10 per cent three years from now, that is still twice as much as the old GST.

Don't let the government and big business fool you. Vote yes to extinguish the HST.
