Well, while this might look like a perfect noodle to nibble, this recipe is actually your low-carb alternative to pasta with tons of nutrients!

For between $20 and $40 you can get this amazing kitchen tool called a spiralizer that turns basically anything into “noodles”–zucchini, carrots, beets, anything!

You can top the “noodles” with anything you would on regular pasta–tomato sauce, pesto, or just plain with a little drizzle of olive oil, some diced fresh tomatoes and thinly sliced basil.

As with other pasta, feel free to enjoy with a nice glass of red wine!
