My, oh my, a whole 20 years in Tsawwassen and she loves the Delta area. I have but to wonder what does this person love about the area: the view from her kitchen window?

It certainly can't be our beautiful outdoors or she would have realized waterfowl and pheasant hunting has been going on in Delta, all of Delta, for generations. Also she needs to be informed that us hunters are really into our environment, spend countless hours a year out enjoying it and legally harvesting some of the abundant ducks and geese that make their home here in the Delta.

Us hunters only harvest what is legally allowed and then enjoy consuming it just as surely as Lori Argent must enjoy her Christmas turkey or perhaps a ham, or maybe both. The only difference I see is she let's someone else do her harvesting for her.

My father and grandfather taught me the joy and the ethics of hunting right here in Ladner in the early 1950s, which in turn I did with my children and grandson. We all still enjoy this wonderful sport and most of all the wonderful meals this wildlife provides.
