On the afternoon of Friday, July 22, I had a slight accident and my leg was bleeding profusely.

The kindness and caring I experienced that day was unbelievable! One woman brought me paper towels. Another went to find my husband. Another gave me baby wipes and the pharmacy manager from London Drugs arrived with a chair for me, as well as a first aid kit.

He sat me down, cleaned my wound and applied dressing. Several others also offered their help.

I sincerely want to thank everyone who came to my aid. I did manage to get some names – Vicki, Sue, Ann, as well as the pharmacy manager. It is impossible to put into words how wonderful everyone was.

This was kindness and caring to the nth degree and I will never forget all that happened that day.

Ladner is a terrific area to live in!

With sincere gratitude and thanks.
