Delta's permeable boulevard amendment will turn Delta's streets into lookalike Surrey streets.
Home owners will park their normally garaged or driveway vehicle on the boulevard so as to ensure their use of the public parking spot that they have paid for.
Given this is public property, who would pay an application fee and pay for installation of permeable pavers just so the basement suite tenant across the street has a first come first serve parking spot?
