Early last week I was shopping in Jo's market, Tsawwassen.
At the checkout I realized my purse was in the car.
I asked the cashier to keep my things and I would be right back. When I returned, the cashier said, “The gentleman behind you, paid your bill.” I was flabbergasted.
I asked if she knew the gentleman or was he a regular and she said she didn't.
This was an extraordinary and very kind gesture. If that gentleman happens to read this --- I thank you and will pass on your generous gesture.
There are some very kind people out there making up those who are not so kind.
