The incompetent COVID-19 vaccine roll out shows how under qualified Trudeau’s ministers are.

What a farce that a rich country like Canada with modern highly-efficient distribution systems in place has to endure the pathetic bumbling of inexperienced ministers trying to reinvent the so-called wheel.

Why on earth would anyone think the Canadian Armed Forces has a clue on how to distribute millions of doses of vaccine?

Companies like Westons, who own major drug store chains like Shoppers, with over 1,500 pharmacies and hundreds of grocery stores, know very well how to move product all over the country. In fact there are over 10,000 pharmacies in Canada.

Why not place millions of doses into all the existing pharmacies to vaccinate virtually everyone quickly?

Ten thousand pharmacies vaccinating 100 people per day would be 1,000,000 injections per day. In 37 days job done.

OK yes this is a perfect world example, but on a more modest level just inoculating 25 people per day per pharmacy, would have the job done in about four months slightly better than what was going on at the moment.

Yes these ministers probably have never actually got a flu shot at a pharmacy or they would know that a much better solution is begging to be part of the solution if only they could figure it out.
