Why on earth is there a stop sign at the top of the hill southbound on 52nd Street in Tsawwassen whereas the northbound lane is stop sign free?

A flashing yellow caution light or a yield sign would be a major improvement to assist traffic flow. Currently traffic backs up to the point that this traffic corridor is a real hassle to use. It’s time to fix this problem.
