Our family just finished replacing our 40-year-old rancher on its 66-foot by 100-foot lot in a single family neighbourhood in North Delta with four little houses (with no strata fees) in order to share our land with our three adult children.
Anyone who agrees with this innovative approach should let the City of Delta know via its online survey. The photo below shows what the four new little houses look like from the street.
