The editorial cartoon is a clear example of representation of a visible minority as an “other.” I would even go so far as to deem the cartoon as racist propaganda.
I presume the decision to run this cartoon is yours, and therefore, you should apologize and evaluate future editorial decisions with more thoughtfulness.
