The Delta lacrosse community thanks Ron Toigo and the Vancouver Giants for graciously relocating their practices to a private ice facility during their playoff run.
We’d also like to thank city manager Sean McGill from the City of Delta in helping with this short-term solution. Discussions are forthcoming with him and the mayor for a long-term agreement so that this never happens again in the months of April and May and the first two weeks of August.
Good luck to the Vancouver Giants in the Western Hockey League playoffs.
