Mayor’s unfinished business might never get finished

Lois Jackson was first elected to Delta council in 1973. She's been mayor since 1999. Now she wants to return to council because she has unfinished business.

I was in Grade 3 when she was first elected. Now I'm in my mid-50s. At this rate, I'm not confident I'll live long enough to see Jackson finish her business.
