It seems obvious by now that Delta council and senior staff have seriously mishandled the Enviro-Smart composting odour issue and the so-called golden handshake.
My suggestion to voters is that we clean house this weekend and start afresh with any combination that seems likely to resist developer pressure to trample on the Official Community Plan, and who will listen to what residents tell them in public hearings and elsewhere.
