Canadians have grown fond of their home offices, with many expecting to maintain this opportunity once the pandemic is a thing of the past.

North Shore News polled 455 readers and asked the question: Do you hope to continue working from home after the pandemic?

The poll ran from July 28 to Aug. 3. Of the 455 votes, we can determine that 164 are from within the North Shore community. The full results are as follows:

Yes, I would prefer to work from home full-time post-pandemic. 37.14 % total, 43.29 % local
