Spare the animals by creating culverts under Perimeter Rd

Some effort was made during construction of the Vancouver to Whistler Sea to Sky Highway to direct wildlife to culverts under the highway, allowing them to cross unharmed. The South Fraser Perimeter Road should receive the same attention.

At this point, there is still time to do something on the South Fraser Perimeter Road, so I would like to bring this possibility to government's attention as this new highway is going to cut across a large section of Delta.
