The community was out in force on a lovely sunny, Sunday morning to mark Remembrance Day in Ladner. The parade to the cenotaph left Ladner Legion at 10:30 a.m. and headed south along Delta Street to Memorial Park. The service at the cenotaph was by narrator Ian Estabrooks. Rev. Graham Witcher, piper Sgt. Colin Barrett, bugler Marilynn Turner, the Delta Choral Society as well as various community groups and dignitaries all took part in the service. The public lined the parade route as well as packed into Memorial Park for the ceremony.
