Richmond’s 20-stall Tesla Supercharger location opened as of last week.
The charging stalls began construction in September at Richmond Centre and are located at the north end of the mall along Westminster Highway.
At the time, Sheila Luft, general manager of CF Richmond Centre told the Richmond News that they are happy to work with Tesla to extend the EV charging network throughout Canada and have plans to install more universal EV chargers at the south end of the shopping centre in the future.
Other Tesla Superchargers are slated to open in the Lower Mainland including in Burnaby, North and West Vancouver, White Rock and Abbotsford.
