The age group breakdowns include: Grades 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 and 9/10.

The Tuesday sessions will focus on skill breakdown, training and compete, shooting, passing, wing series, cutting, rebounding and individual defence.

Thursdays will be team play breakdown, transition offence (fast break), transition defence, team defence, front court offence, pass-cut-fill motion, screens, dribble hand-offs and pick and roll.

Split Second is a basketball training organization started in Vancouver in 2010 by former university and professional player Eric Butler.

“We've had several players coming from Delta come into Vancouver to train with us over the last couple of years and are really excited to be able to offer a convenient option for them now, and hopefully for years to come,” said Butler. “Our aim is to provide a professional, consistent, high quality skills training option to prepare players to play on their school and South Delta Steve Nash League teams.”
