The Vancouver Warriors recently announced the re-signing of forward Logan Schuss, pending National Lacrosse League (NLL) approval.

Schuss, 28, from Ladner, has played seven seasons in the NLL, including the past five in Vancouver. In 98 career games, Schuss has scored 172 goals and 263 assists for 435 points. This past season, Schuss tallied 24 goals and 48 assists for 72 points.

“It’s a great feeling to resign with the Warriors,” said Schuss. “We have a great dressing room full of B.C. guys who want to bring a winning team to this city. We are looking forward to putting on a show for the best fans in the NLL.”

Warriors general manager Dan Richardson said Schuss is a key part of the team and they are happy to have him back in the fold.

“With the additions that we have made to our offense, we see Logan bouncing back and help lead our team on the front end,” said Richardson.

Head coach Chris Gill said Schuss has shown over his career that he has been one of the premier players in the NLL.

“He will be a key to our success as a team moving forward and we are excited to have him wear our jersey,” added Gill.
