The Delta Hockey Academy is Canadian School Sport Hockey League Female Varsity champions for the second time in three years.
The Wild capped a memorable run in Penticton with a 3-1 win over regular season champion Pilot Mound Hockey Academy on Monday.
Camryn Hockley, Devan Andrusak and Melisa Ardanaz each found the back of the net for Delta, which held leads of 2-1 after 20 minutes and 3-1 going into the third period. Janaka Shahi made 25 saves.
The result avenged an earlier 3-1 defeat in round-robin action to the Manitoba opponent. PBA went 22-1-2 in league play while Delta was second with a 15-8-2 record.

Earlier Delta goals were scored on the power play by Logan Hamilton, Allison Jakeway and Lee.
The girls opened the championship with a 4-1 win over the Okanagan Hockey Academy.
