Q. I have forgotten my password and submitted my email address but have not received an email.
A. If not in your Inbox, please look for an email from Delta Optimist (firstname.lastname@example.org) in your junk/ spam folder. If the email, is in your junk/ spam folders, you can prevent this from happening again by adding email@example.com to your spam filter's whitelist and requesting a password reset again.
Q. I no longer have access to the email address I first used when I registered with Delta Optimist.
A. You must create a new account with your current email address.
Q. I have created a new account, but I still have credits with my old account.
A. If you had prior credits on your account, please email your old and new account names to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will move your credits within 24 hours.
Q. I have entered my information and still can't access my account.
A. Confirm that you are entering your email address and not your "nickname" in the first entry box. If you still can't log in, email email@example.com and explain the situation.
