Children in the Ladner Baptist Church Awana program have given the Deltassist Toy Depot an early jumpstart for 2012.
Awana is a Tuesday evening program for children between the ages of three and Grade 4. At Awana kids sing, do crafts, listen to stories, memorize Bible verses and play games in the gym.
Every Christmas season the children are asked to do extra chores at home to earn money to donate to the annual fundraiser. This time they raised $285.
