Delta Pride Society presents inaugural Pride Carnival

A fun-family event this Saturday

Lots of family fun is in store at the inaugural Delta Pride Carnival.

The Delta Pride Society presents this first-time event this Saturday, Feb. 25 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Harris Barn (4140 Arthur Drive) in Ladner.

Entry fee is $10. Game tokens will be also be sold separately.

There will be entertainment and performances from drag performers Justin Abit, Lola Loops, Jerriana and Miss Everlasting, plus food for purchase from the Skyye Thai food truck.

Local character artist Chloe @star.capacitor will also be on hand to draw your special caricature as a special memory from the event.

“Delta Pride Society is excited to invite the community to an all ages, family-friendly event,” said Delta Pride Society vice president Christa Horita Kadach (she, her). “These can be difficult days as we wait for spring. Our hope is that the Delta Pride Carnival can provide some fun and joy in a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We are so grateful for the support of the City of Delta in this event as well as many more to come in 2023!”
