Delta throwback: Tour of the empire (PHOTOS)

Let's do another throwback and head back to Ladner in Sept. 20, 1915. These Delta Archives photos show Australian student cadets, who were on tour of the British Empire, arriving in Ladner Harbour at the ferry slip.

Let's do another throwback and head back to Ladner in Sept. 20, 1915.

These Delta Archives photos show Australian student cadets, who were on tour of the British Empire, arriving in Ladner Harbour at the ferry slip.

The parade of young men are seen marching from the paddle wheeler "Wm. H. Ladner" onto the landing to be greeted by the Delta Women's Patriotic Society and other people of Delta.
