Join the Burns Bog Conservation Society this Thursday, Aug. 27 to wrap up a uniquely memorable summer.
Putting a twist in their sixth annual summer social, this year, the Society has once again partnered with One20 Pub (8037 120 St, Delta, BC) to host Summer Social (Distancing) 2020. Attendees will enjoy a fun, socially distant trivia night with plenty of food and drinks. There will be free beer tastings from Barnside Brewing Co, a 50/50 raffle, and an exclusive Summer Social tapas menu. Tickets are $20.

This year, as part of the Summer Social (Distancing) event, the Society is running an online silent auction on Facebook from now until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26. Anyone can bid on more than a dozen items including signed Canucks merchandise, New Balance workout gear, locally made artwork,and gift cards from local restaurants and shops.
Bidding is easy: visit the Facebook event and leave a bid in the comment section of the corresponding photo. Someone from the Burns Bog Conservation Society will contact winners after Aug. 26 to set up payment and pick-up/delivery. Those who choose to attend the Summer Social (Distancing) event will have the opportunity to bid on exclusive event-only items.
