The Pets N Us new pet of the week is Sadie, an eight-year-old, Border Collie/Shepherd Mix. This girl loves to be off leash at dog parks to putter around and do her own thing, and she walks well on leash.
Sadie is excellent at making new doggy friends, large and small, and we are going to be cat testing her shortly.
Sadie's experience has been mainly with adult humans, of whom she was very protective. She would prefer a “mature” family for her forever home without small children. Sadie has anxiety and takes daily medication for this.
She did very well when being full assessed by The Pack Dog Training. Sadie has been spayed and vaccinated.
