The Probus Club of South Delta, a non-profit, fellowship club for retired and semi-retired professional and business people, will hold an allcandidates meeting next Wednesday at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn.

The meeting is for club members and their guests only.

The club says all of the key issues facing the community will be discussed. A number of questions will be provided to the candidates ahead of time but there will also be time for questions from the floor.

The all-candidates meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m.

The club also would like to announce it elected a new management committee for 2017/18 at its meeting last month.

New president Roger Emsley has been a member for several years and has garnered much knowledge pertaining to the retired community in South Delta. The committee has invited Delta Optimist general manager Dave Hamilton to speak at Probus's May meeting.
