The Delta Police Foundation and Save-on-Foods in Tsawwassen, Ladner and North Delta have donated what’s literally a tower of candy and treats to the Delta Police Department so officers can hand it out over the Halloween period.
Kids are being told to be on the lookout for officers with candy and there might even be some left over for drivers who are doing a good job behind the wheel.
