Have you ever thought about working for yourself? If so, learn the basics of starting a small business during an information session tomorrow afternoon at the Ladner Pioneer Library.
A representative from Small Business BC will lead Start Smart for Small Businesses from 2 to 4 p.m. The Small Business BC website, along with its resources and tools, will be demonstrated.
An overview of all the basic requirements will be shared, including name registry, business structures, municipal licensing requirements, tax registration and employment standards.
Start Smart for Small Businesses will be repeated at the Tsawwassen Library on Thursday, April 17 and at North Delta's George Mackie Library on Thursday, April 23. Both sessions run from 2 to 4 p.m.
