Tsawwassen Walmart lends Rotary a helping hand

Charities have been hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Fundraising generally involves large group gatherings like the annual Soap Box Derby and fundraising galas, which are not possible now.

Fundraising generally involves large group gatherings like the annual Soap Box Derby and fundraising galas, which are not possible now.

The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen was very thankful that a businesses like Tsawwassen Walmart stepped up to the plate and assisted the Rotary Charitable Society.

The Tsawwassen Rotary Club, through its charitable society, funds many community projects including development of local parks like the Diefenbaker Park splash park and its new sail shades, the Beach Grove story walk, Rotary Square at the Town Centre mall and local parks mini lending libraries.
