Taoist tai chi is a set of gentle movements for people of all ages to improve health and balance. The Canadian Federation of University Women South Delta meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at Benediction Lutheran Church in Tsawwassen at 7:15 p.m. The next meeting is on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Ozobot Snow Plow Challenge at the Ladner Pioneer Library on Wednesday, Nov. 27 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Design and construct a snow plow for Ozobot robots and then drive these tiny robots using drag-and-drop code to clear the snowy track. Ages eight to 12. Registration is required. Mental Health Resiliency Support Group offered by Canadian Mental Health Association welcomes anyone who lives with a mental illness/mental health problem such as anxiety or depression. The Tsawwassen Order of Old Bastards (TOOBs) has been quietly helping many South Delta groups and individuals since 1984.
