The South Delta Evergreen Garden Club begins a new season of gardener education programs next week in Ladner.
The club will hold its first meeting of the fall season on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Kin House at 7:30 p.m. Each month, the club offers a garden education talk that is open to the public. This month's speaker will be Emily Budinski, who will speak about herbs, focusing especially on unusual ones that can be grown in the garden.
The talk will also cover some uses for herbs - culinary and decorative - and how to propagate them.
