Ladner’s Rosemarie Hurst will be having her photography on display at the Art After Stroke fundraiser in Vancouver Thursday.

She’ll have some new and old pictures of nature, animals, flowers and more at the event, set for 7 to 10 p.m. at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre. The event will benefit the Stroke Recovery Association of B.C.

Hurst, who’s also a singer/songwriter, notes there will be other stroke survivors’ artwork at the fundraiser too like paintings, carvings, and more photography.

Hurst adds that members from the Delta Stroke Recovery Society, including herself, did a painting that will be auctioned off at the event as well.

Tickets to the event are $30.
