Ladner walk raises $3,200 for Alzheimer's

Approximately $3,200 was raised at the second annual Investors Group Walk for Alzheimer’s Walk in a Box in Ladner last Saturday. About 35 participants came out on the beautiful, breezy, sunny day for the event, which was held at the Delta Secondary track, according to organizer Youla Thomas. She said organizers were glad they were successful in raising some awareness and much needed funds for Alzheimer’s.Justin Borges
